Hi! I am Jennifer Pierro the Founder of Pierro VA.
I graduated with an A.A.S. from Fashion Institute of Technology. I worked for over 16 + years in the garment industry in design, sales, buying & merchandising and all areas of Human Resources.
I am also an Actress and Voice-over artist.
I Co-Founded Manhattan Repertory Theatre in NYC that has been in business for over 20 + years. We produce, build and present theatre from all over the world. We recently produced our first OFF-BROADWAY production called POWERHOUSE by David Harms in which I also performed in.
I co-wrote, directed, produced and performed in a short indie film called ‘‘SWITCH” that has been selected in a number of festivals in the US and Internationally. Nominations include: Best Screenplay, Best Screenplay Short, Best Drama, Best Dramatic Short, and has won the BEST SHORT SHORT award at the NYLIFF festival.
I am co-author & voice of Roma in the multi-touch interactive children's book Roma’s New York City Adventures. Available now on Apple Books.
I am the creator, writer, illustrator and voice of the Roma’s Adventures book and audio series for kids. Produced by my production company Roma Productions. My books and audio series can be found at www.romasadventures.com.
I will be a forever “Mom” to my fur child Roma and continue to honor her in everything I do always. I am an athlete, marathon competitor, runner and avid cyclist. I basically enjoy all things fitness and nutrition related. I am currenlty working on my fitness and nutrition certifications. I love animals and in my spare time I volunteer at animal rescues and sanctuaries. Spending time with family and friends is a must. I also have a passion for photography and traveling the world (Italy being my favorite) and exploring different cultures.
After working corporately behind a desk for many years while juggling my acting endeavors, I decided to work for myself and opened Pierro VA.
I am now working virtually and using my administrative and creative skills to assist clients from all over the world with their business needs along with freeing up my time to pursue my passion of acting. Win Win!
